  3. 1. Scope and Applicability
  4. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, sales, and service agreements concluded between Farman GmbH, Am alten Güterbahnhof 7–11, 49716 Meppen, Germany (hereinafter “Farman”), and its clients.
  5. Any deviating terms or conditions of the client shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Farman.
  6. 2. Services and Orders
  7. Farman provides professional vehicle detailing, preparation, photography, and delivery services.
  8. All orders must be confirmed in writing, via our website, or through our digital booking system.
  9. Upon confirmation, the order is considered binding.
  10. 3. Prices and Payment Terms
  11. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  12. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date unless a different term is indicated.
  13. In case of delayed payment, Farman reserves the right to charge:
    • Statutory default interest in accordance with §288 BGB, and

    • An administrative reminder fee of up to €15 per reminder.

  14. Farman may suspend or cancel further services in case of overdue payments.

    4. Pick-up and Delivery

    For services involving vehicle pick-up and/or return, the client must ensure:

    • The vehicle is available at the agreed time and location;

    • The keys and necessary documents are handed over;

    • The vehicle is insured and roadworthy.

  15. Farman shall not be liable for delays or costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the client.

    5. Appointments and Cancellations

    Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the agreed service price to cover costs.

    6. Liability and Warranty

    Farman performs all services with the utmost care and professionalism.

    However, Farman cannot be held liable for:

    • Pre-existing damages or defects on the vehicle;

    • Minor scratches or marks resulting from normal detailing or cleaning work;

    • Delays caused by force majeure or external factors (e.g. weather, traffic).

  16. Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 5 working days after the service completion.

    7. Retention of Title

    All materials, products, or accessories delivered remain the property of Farman until full payment has been received.

    8. Data Protection

    Farman processes customer data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Personal data are used exclusively for order handling, invoicing, and service communication.

    9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    All contractual relations are governed by German law.

    The place of jurisdiction and performance is Meppen, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.
